As an intuitive, there will always be things to challenge the way our energy stands firm. There’s probably times you’ve felt like a total space cadet – I hear you. Maybe that’s why I’m so dedicated to helping intuitives stay real.
If you’ve trained with me on My Psychic Soul, or any of the self study mini courses in the Psychic Classroom, you will know I steer psychic work to outcomes that can be verified, insights that get definite “yes’s” from the recipient and results that happen in real time.
Grounding means being in energetic control
That means having a grip on your body and thoughts, and locating them somewhere close to each other. As an intuitive, we learn not to be splattered all over the universe if we want to function. Being splattered is not pretty, it’s draining. If you’ve ever felt:
A feeling of disconnection
There’s glass plate between you and the world
Like your head is really a ballon on a string
Unable to focus
Addicted to social media
Like you’ve stuck a finger in an electric socket
These are all signs your body is amped up with way too much energy. Its electro magnetic power lines, (the meridians that acupuncture works so well with,) are about to blow. Like a current looking for earth, it has nowhere to discharge safely. Electricians don’t call it “earthing” for nothing. The metal rods on buildings safely transmute lightning into the ground, and feet onto grass, rock or sand have the same effect on us.
Grounding is owning your space. If you don’t, someone else will.
Before I learned to ground properly, life was a messy business, full of half eaten pizza and late night shopping binges floundering about as an untrained intuitive. I was also crap with boundaries, often saying yes to things that my body screamed NO to. I slowly realised that if my space wasn’t mine it was going to be someone else’s.
1. Claim your space
2. Take a bath with salt
3. Minimise addictive behaviours – yes that’s you, Instagram!
4. Fill your energy field with light.
