I’ve been known to see how many Tim Tams I can fit in my mouth at once, and today’s Spirited Conversation is with fellow intuitive, Suzanne Culberg, who is a weight release expert and hates kale.
We chat about ’the struggle cycle” and how it relates to weight loss and psychic growth. We start off with the best intentions, then hit a hard spot, and next thing you know, the ’struggle cycle” is in full swing, and there goes the weight loss plan, or that great new psychic course you just bought.
Many of us desire lifelong changes to the way we eat and move, however we cycle through patterns of dieting and binging. Suzanne has overcome this cycle, personally going from super obese at 150kg, to releasing 78kg.
Suzanne’s great passion is helping people escape this cycle by understanding that it isn’t about the food, and instead uncovering what it is they are truly hungry for!

She has the mini course mentioned called Reboot your Weightloss. We all start off with the best of intentions and then in the moment we are supposed to take action we give in to the little excuses, for example “I’m too tired”, “I’ve had a long day”, “It’s too hot / cold” and then the famous “I will start again tomorrow”.
In and of themselves these little excuses don’t feel like we are quitting, but the end result is when they pile up we end up quitting and waiting for our motivation to return. If you are tired of this cycle, start, do ALL the things, quit do NO THINGS and you’re ready to stop starting over and take consistent action this is for you.
When the information you get doesn’t work out, it makes you question your skills. Or worse – makes you block your intuition altogether, especially when the news seems negative or less than good. You feel you can’t trust your guidance system anymore. All because something hadn’t worked out. Let’s tap into guidance
Have you ever had little movies and visions in your mind's eye just playing in front of your eyes before sleep? It can be a way clairvoyance can work. The reason it's just before sleep is it's when the mind is quiet. The soul and higher self don't have to fight...
Sitting in the stillness of my own soul is a dedicated spiritual practice of not only connecting to the essence of ‘me, but then, through that, touching the essence of all.
I'm not your average psychic, unless cake eating, rescue dog loving clairvoyants who can't cook rice are the new normal. Like Glinda the Good Witch, I believe you’ve always had the power, m’dear.
I work with savvy, intuitive women who know they ’re psychic and are ready to fearlessly explore that side of themselves without dressing in crushed purple velvet.

Ever labelled a person evil or demonic because there's just something about them you don't mesh with? I know you have because I have too. I've leapt to a convenient spiritual reason for my discomfort, preferring to focus on them. The old idea of "attachments" comes in...
