Soul language

Crush it
Smash it
Seize it
Grab it

Pushy demands for action, as if our own inner solutions of resting, waiting and contemplating were valueless. There is magic in resting too. Answers arrive while gazing from the window as the wind bosses trees around outside.

‘The five secrets to psychic all knowing.’
‘The master template for million dollar goddesses.’ Meh…

No wonder we stumble in the first steps of our intuitive path.

We’re taught to crush, master, dominate, seize, and control. But try and control intuition; try to manipulate it for the hollow needs of the ego. May as well push trees around believing they’ll take root elsewhere.

There’s a bitchslap from the Universe waiting for those that try.

Pushy, yang words are the very walls that divide us when working with intuition. Grabby words have no place in the intuitive and psychic realm.

The language of intuition is the language of the soul, and the heart. It’s feminine, yin and surrendering.

The best intuition is found in passivity. In the silence of the mind, the universe speaks. It’s the opposite of how we’re told to live in the world. Being passive is weak, we are told. I smile at the trees outside, bending but never breaking, their arms raised as if to flip us the finger. They know something.
soul language

But that is the outer world, and soul language dwells on the inner.

Outside it might be crush, control and master, yet inside it’s quiet where the voice of the soul can finally be heard. How do we get there? The way in is the way out. Find a way. There’s a universe of doors waiting for you.
One thing that helped me reconnect to the quieter, inner voice of my soul language was the work of Tosha Silver and her teachings on how to be more receptive.
Tosha Silver has a beautiful deck of inspirational cards, and a phone app reminding us not everything is striving and pushing towards a goal, but that the soul language is a much more restful place where our true voices can be heard.
It’s my wish that you discover and hear your own soul language through the stillness.

What really happens in a psychic reading

If you’ve wondered what really happens in a psychic reading, and where the information comes from, here’s a spoiler alert: It isn’t from the angels or aliens. It’s much closer to home and just as good.

Are you clairvoyant?

Five ways you may already be clairvoyant, and most of it happens so subtly, it’s easy to miss.

Why I hate ghost tours

I have to be honest - I hate ghost tours. It's my pet peeve. Imagine paying good money to go through some dingy place and trying to feel spooky, while any real spirit would have gone ages ago and all that's left is the residual energy of whatever happened there. It's...

Straight up psychic -

zero fluff.

Semi fictional story about me: In 1994, I had a midlife crisis, got a boob job and moved to Byron Bay.

Quickly realized there was nothing there but more boob jobs and white furniture, so I escaped faux-spiritual beach culture, went to Peru, and experimented with DMT.

While there, fell in love with a Shaman who was really a plumber from Padstow, but stayed because of attachment issues.

After following a raven out of the jungle, I holed up in a Scandi-style Air B’n’B and finally got enlightened.

Parts of this story are true.

Am I psychic?

Am I psychic?

Mainstream religion and the New Age actively sell the idea psychic ability exists outside of you, or only to a (chosen by them) few. This is a lie. Being psychic is part of being human, so ‘Am I psychic?” YES!
