My sticker addiction began innocently enough; a desire to track and find motivation to do a daily stillness process to deepen my mediumship.
That practice is called many names but:
Sitting for Spirit
Sitting in the Power are recognized phrases.
My own exploration of that wonderful and frustrating state is what my tiny book is called: Falling Up.
When we let go of this world just a finger hold, we can be caught in the arms of spirit.
Some might call that grace.
Or union and it’s all of those things and more. I’ll be fascinated by this inner place for the rest of my life, and I want you to be too. But this practice of being with the infinite is life changing and frustrating.
Which leads back to my sticker addiction.
I wanted something to bust the procrastination. I can goof off on instagram for an hour, but find time to sit in the stillness? It’s difficult some days.
Now, a gold star sticker ( just like you had a school) sits at the tip of my journal marking each day I sit in silence with my own spirit and beyond.
Turns out gold star stickers are a gateway drug.
Then I wanted to track more things, like water intake, yoga classes and meal prep too. That meant more stickers.
Bring on the stickers! These are from the pastel ladies we know and love from Instagram @LizandMollie.
