Shapes, shadows, shadow people – what are they?

Before reaching for the holy water, consider this. There’s a difference between a real spirit presence and leftover energy.

Leftover energy is found in places that had things happen in them, like battlefields, POW camps, or spooky houses.

There’s nobody there – it’s just a video imprint of events on replay. But it can seem very real.

Think of left over imprints like the scene from Star Wars, where R2D2 plays the recorded hologram from Princess Leia.

Residual energy isn’t a ghost because it:

* Can’t be communicated with
* Appears in the same place
* Does not move
* Is repetitive
* Appears in the same place.

A friend had someone walking down her hallway every night, at a certain time. She couldn’t speak to it or influence it in any way.

Residual energy can’t hurt you. Neither can a real spirit presence.

Spirit people, on the other hand, are intelligent because they are people. They will usually be recognisable as someone you knew and love and will come to help, assist and bring messages of love and their continued existence.

That’s far better than the spooky haunting antics of horror movies.

Number one thing to know about spirits is that they’re always intelligent.

You can communicate with them. So when you see a shape and you try to communicate with it and there’s no response, chances are, it’s residual energy. Residual energy, imagine, it’s like one of those tumbleweeds, a stuck bit of energy that’s left over from a human. It’s from something dramatic that happened at the location.

If it doesn’t move around to different locations and you can’t talk to it, then it’s residual energy.

Next time you catch something flicking past in the corner of your eye, try communicating with it. Ask simple questions like, “how are you?” If you get nothing back, it’s a replay, it’s residual.
